This Cinquecento Oil Fired MonoBloc Burner made of a solid die-cast aluminium housing, represents all our experience made in the field of medium-large output burners. The oil pump works through a dedicated motor. The range runs from 1314 kW to 8000 kW and are equipped with a by-passing nozzle to allow a ratio 1:3. The light oil output can be adjusted through a pressure regulator which effects on the return pipe line.

• All burners fit a control panel which includes the control box and a mimic diagram with lamps showing the sequential stages of burner operation. Each system can be further distinguished by the equipment provided:

These industrial burners have been designed for all those applications in which single block models are, for whatever reason, unsuitable. For example when the requested output requires the use of a too large built-in fan motor, whenever hot combustion air is provided, or again, whenever the primary noise source must be moved to soundproofed areas. The range goes from 200 kW to 39 MW in different constructive versions as required by the specific client requirements. Aluminium casting is usually used for the lower power models (up to 19 MW), while steel construction is used for higher power models. This industrial burner design project was developed to obtain the greatest versatility in order to achieve customers targets, and compliance to the widest range of technical specifications.

Recently the new LOW NOx series has been implemented.

The CINQUECENTO series, available in both progressive and modulating operations, represents the culmination of our experience in the field of medium-large capacity burners (up to 8.000 kW). Like all the other dual fuels models, this series perfectly combines the mechanical devices and systems typical of gas burners with the ones of light oil burners.

In this manner this series can burn the two flues separately. This is possible because these burners are equipped with an independent electric motor for the activation of the oil pump. As a consequence during gas firing, the oil pump motor does not operate and remains off. These burners are equipped with a high performance combustion head, designed to achieve a high irradiating flame when they run on natural gas. Conversely, when they run on light oil, they are equipped with a by-pass nozzle which, using a pressure regulator, can reach modulating ratio of 1:3. The control panel is printed with a mimic diagram fitted with neon lamps to indicate the different stages of burners operation and any abnormalities. Therefore, the burners are provided with an UV photocell to control the flame during the operation.

With the new line IDEA Low NOx Class 2 (< 120 mg/kWh), CIB UNIGAS presents on the market a new conception of modern and functional burners for small and medium appliances with a tangential ventilation. These burners, which are the most powerful of the range IDEA, are particularly suitable to work on the boilers with high back pressure.

• This burners series has been produced to work on bakery and rotary ovens

• It is the biggest mono block burner of our production made of a solid die-cast aluminium housing complete with a reverse blades type fan. Its performance curve covers a wide range from 2500 up to 10600 kW therefore the turn down ratio is 1:3
• We can increase this value up to 1:10 by means of a movable combustion head using mechanical or electrical devices
• These burners foreseen several options, out of the standards, to customize our product according to our clients’ specific requests
• For example we can manage to install different electric control panels such as remote console type, cabinet type or wall-mounted type
• Moreover we can supply the Inverter System to control the fan motor consumption
• Apart from the mechanical cam, electronic system is suitable to optimize efficiency through a total control of O₂ value at any stage. All models can be also supplied with silencers and acoustic hoods boxes upon request

• This burner, in standard version, is suitable to work with heavy oil max 7°E at 50°C
• Upon request are also available versions set to work with BTZ (viscosity 12-15°E at 50°C)
• The preheating section includes a tank with relative electrical resistance, a system of thermostats set up in the factory will ensure to achieve the max performance of the oil line
• The burner, built around an easily removable cover, houses the compact and neatly arranged burner components
• Universal pre wired electrical plug connections make servicing easier avoiding wiring mistakes
