- This burner was born to satisfy all requests coming from industries
- It is the biggest mono block burner of our production made of a solid die-cast aluminium housing complete with a reverse blades type fan. Its performance curve covers a wide range from 2500 up to 10600 kW therefore the turn down ratio is 1:3
- We can increase this value up to 1:10 by means of a movable combustion head using mechanical or electrical devices
- These burners foreseen several options, out of the standards, to customize our product according to our clients’ specific requests
- For example we can manage to install different electric control panels such as remote console type, cabinet type or wall-mounted type
- Moreover we can supply the Inverter System to control the fan motor consumption
- Apart from the mechanical cam, electronic system is suitable to optimize efficiency through a total control of O2 value at any stage. All models can be also supplied with silencers and acoustic hoods boxes upon request

Tecnopress burners cover a wide range of applications from 65 to 2300 kW and are suitable either for heating generators with high back pressure or suction in combustion chamber. This series represents the highest expression of our experience on gas burners.
Other Details:
- The combustion head “bell shaped” is able to produce high performance flame. The practicality of all set-up devices together with an easy maintenance procedure and a high quality/price ratio make this product very competitive
- For efficient combustion and good mixing between gas and air, the position of the combustion head can be modified backwards and forwards by means of a screw adjustment
- In addition, an adjustable cam driven by the modulating motor allows a smooth transition from low to high fire
- A circuit board with pre wired plug connections, inside the control panel, ensures correct wiring in case of maintenance.

This mono block series made of a solid die-cast aluminium housing, represents all our experience made in the field of medium-large output burners. The mono block version incorporates into the casting the combustion air fan which is mounted direct on the shaft of a three phase motor also driving the oil pump (except PG515 and PG525 burners, using a specific motor for the oil pump). The range is divided in two groups: the series Novanta (up to 4100 kW), and the series Cinquecento (up to 8000 kW), both are equipped with a by-passing nozzle to allow a ratio 1:3.The light oil output can be adjusted through a pressure regulator which effects on the return pipe line. All burners fit a control panel which includes the control box and a mimic diagram with lamps showing the sequential stages of burner operation.

The die-cast aluminium burner is a product for specific applications, as far as output and dimensions are concerned. Anyway it allows, for smaller models, very easy maintenance operations thanks to the adjustable combustion head, thanks to the cover that can be easily removed to gain access to the fan wheel- head group and to the adjusting elements.
The Mille series can reach outputs up to 10600 kW, in applications with steam boilers and in the environment-friendly version it allows to get the lowest NOx according to the law in force about pollution. As for the other series, also this one can be provided with microprocessor-controlled operation, optimizing the regulation and the combustion.

Novanta Series Gas Burners made in die-cast aluminium housing with relative flange to work on heating generators.
